The location of the hostel was perfect for exploring the city, with the central park and cathedral just a couple blocks away. The small swimming pool in the courtyard was a great addition, providing a refreshing break after a day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the convenience of having a little market in the lobby for any last-minute necessities.
There were a few aspects of my stay that could have been improved. the room I stayed in was quite hot, even with a fan.

The hotel had a beautiful colonial-style design that gave it a unique and charming atmosphere. The pool and hammocks in the courtyard were a great addition, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. The private room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a good water pressure in the shower. Additionally, the onsite tienda was very convenient for getting any essential items.
That the dorm room, despite having fans, tended to get stuffy and warm, making it a bit uncomfortable. Another issue was the communication with the staff, as they kept messaging about our arrival time and the payment method after 5 pm, which made us feel uneasy.

The location of the hostel was perfect for exploring León, with everything within walking distance. The check-in process was simple and the rooms were clean and spacious. I loved the private bathroom and the chill-out area on the terrace. The pool was a refreshing escape from the heat. The friendly staff made sure all our needs were met.
I had a great stay at Volcano hostel. Although there were some minor drawbacks, like the extra fee for air conditioning and the limited availability of AC in some rooms, I would definitely recommend this hostel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

We stayed at Volcano for a few nights during our trip and it was amazing. The colonial-style building, beautiful pool, and hammocks made the inside yard so inviting. Our private room had plenty of space, a comfortable bed, and a good shower. The tienda on-site was really convenient, and the dorm was beautiful too. We loved it so much that we'll be returning on our way back. A big thanks to Rodolfo, Ana Maria, and China for making our stay memorable!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Stayed at a hostel with a great location and swimming pool, which made for an exceptional experience. the dorm beds were a great value for money. the hostel had nice common areas to relax in and a conveniently priced shop on site. While there was no kitchen, the hosts were kind enough to provide hot water and cutlery so we could enjoy our instant noodles.
Was all great! 😊.
